We have made it 20 days through the Whole 30!! No stopping now!

Woohoo! Some of our positive vibes and thoughts while doing the whole 30 are: 


» Focus on what you CAN eat, not what you can't eat

» How am I feeling? More energy to cook, clean, walk around the neighborhood? 

» How am I sleeping? Feeling more rested even with the same amount of hours I was getting before changing my eating habits? 

» Am I having "cravings" for the bad food I used to crave?

What We Ate This Week


1. Either regular potatoes or sweet potatoes! Baked in the oven with salt, pepper and olive oil, sometimes add garlic powder. Topped with 2 eggs, 1/2 chicken sausage with a side of strawberries and pineapple!


2.  Ground beef: seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, and cumin. Yellow peppers sliced and sauteed with potatoes and onions. Topped with fresh tomato, avocado and cilantro!
