» No Alcohol
» No Dairy
» No Grains
» No Soy*
» No Legumes
(*Since we know that we do not have a reaction to soy, we are adding tofu because we have been limiting our meat consumption. If this is your first time you should eliminate soy!*)

What is the budget?
There is no budget rule for the Whole 30... however, we are going to stick to a $50 per week grocery budget for the two of us. We are doing this not to stick to $50, but to show you that it is possible to eat WHOLE 30 meals on any budget you have.
